Vickie Rocco's Bio:
In her current role as Director of Audience Development for Family Features Editorial Syndicate, Vickie Rocco, along with her team, acts as liaison with media partners and online outlets. She ensures that the Family Features product line continues to meet the needs of editors and publishers in an ever changing landscape.
Vickie spent over a decade immersed in the publishing world prior to joining Family Features; serving in various roles including Director of Consumer Sales and Marketing at The Kansas City Star and Director of Paid Audience Development for Vance Publishing (B2B Magazines).
In addition, Vickie has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and has successfully started (and subsequently sold) a small business. Her current venture, Rainmaker Media, provides corporate branding and marketing services to small and medium sized businesses. Services range from digital storytelling services (video production, corporte documentaries, website development, blogs and branded content development) to more traditional marketing and PR services.
When she's not working, you can find her producing and directing short narrative films, riding horses or playing with her two border collies.
